  1. What is Personal Information?

Personal information is data that is directly or indirectly traceable to a (living)person. Examples of personal data are name, address, date of birth, telephone number, location data, email address or an IP address.

  1. Why does Tjalp process Personal Information?

Tjalp processes Personal Information with the aim of providing its services and allowing these services to function as good as possible, to improve the functioning of its services and to generate statistics.

In addition, data is processed for security purposes and to be able to communicate efficiently with users of its services.

  1. Based on what grounds does Tjalp process personal data?

Except that Tjalp processes personal data with your explicit consent, it does so because it is necessary for the functioning of its services and on the grounds of its legitimate interest in the fulfilment of its business processes.

In order to be able to use the services of Tjalp (such as: producing videos, casting spokespeople, training and learning) it is, therefore, necessary that you provide personal information such as; first name, last name, email. Without this personal data, Tjalp is not able to perform its services (completely) properly.

  1. What kind of (categories) Personal Information does Tjalp process?

Tjalp processes the following personal information:

First name, Last name, Telephone number, Company name & Email address.

  1. Sharing Personal Information with third parties and (categories of) recipients

Tjalp only shares personal information with third parties if this is necessary for its services, or when there is a legal obligation.

  1. How long does Tjalp store Personal Information?

Tjalp does not store Personal Information any longer than necessary. Specifically, this means that the Personal Information is removed from our system when a user (actor) is deleted or 18 months after a user (actor) is deactivated.

  1. Right to withdraw consent, access, rectification and erasure of Personal Information.

At all times you are entitled to revoke your consent with regard to the processing of personal information by Tjalp, the right to inspect and correct the processed Personal Information and the erasure and transfer of the Personal Information processed/stored by Tjalp. You can also submit a complaint about the processing of Personal Information to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

  1. Source of Personal Information

Personal information that is not obtained from you directly is obtained from your employer.
